In 2020, iCampus co-managed in partnership – Accountability Lab Liberia – the Innovate, Develop &; Act for Sustainability (IDEAS) Marketplace Program with support from Oxfam Liberia. The goal of the IDEAS Marketplace is to increase sustainability of one or more of Oxfam’s outcomes in Liberia ahead of the it’s exit from Liberia. The Objectives of the IDEAS Marketplace were: 1) Sustaining program benefits beyond Oxfam’s support; 2) reducing dependency and increasing ownership of partners and other actors; 3) innovation, capturing and sharing learning for future programs and possibilities for exit to be used elsewhere.

In order to fulfill the goal of selecting three groups or organizations from the 9 groups to directly benefit from the IDEAS Marketplace process through seed grant funding, iCampus Liberia organized an Ideation workshop, three weeks of one-on-one mentorship sessions, and a pitching ceremony. After the pitching, the Judging panel selected the three winning teams from each category of the thematic areas: TransformativeEducation, Winner – I-impact; SGBV Prevention and Response, Winner – Action Against SGBV; Capacity development, Winner – ImpactX.
